Third-party vendors who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements — including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and analytics tools.

Advertising & Measurement Partners

DSPs, SSPs, and measurement platforms that are essential to campaign delivery, such as impression counting, viewability verification, and conversion attribution. These partners are bound by applicable privacy regulations including the IAB's standard data processing terms.

Streaming Platforms

CTV platforms such as Roku, Hulu, and Amazon Fire TV receive the targeting and creative data necessary to deliver your ads. Each platform operates under its own privacy policy governing end-user data.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Vendom.AI and its users.

05

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain session state and authentication
  • Measure website traffic and user behavior via analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Retarget website visitors across the open web
  • Track conversions attributed to our advertising campaigns

You may control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org. Disabling cookies may limit some website functionality.

06

CTV & Advertising Data

Our core service involves the delivery of video advertising to connected television households. In this context, we process:

  • Household-level identifiers — such as IP addresses, CTV device IDs, and probabilistic household graphs used to target and frequency-cap ads
  • Viewability & completion data — whether an ad was seen, how long it played, and whether it reached a muted or unmuted state
  • Contextual signals — content genre, daypart, and geographic data used to improve targeting accuracy
  • Attribution signals — post-exposure website visits, app opens, or store visits used to measure campaign effectiveness

We adhere to the IAB Tech Lab's technical standards and work exclusively with inventory that meets our brand-safety and consent requirements.

07

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Campaign performance data — up to 36 months after campaign end
  • Account and billing data — 7 years for financial compliance purposes
  • Website analytics data — 26 months (Google Analytics default)
  • CTV device identifiers — up to 13 months, aligned with IAB standards
  • Contact form submissions — 24 months or until you request deletion

After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

08

Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls with role-based permissions, regular security audits, and anomaly detection systems.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

09

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to certain processing activities
  • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt out of automated decision-making or profiling
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.

Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other appropriate safeguards, to govern cross-border transfers.
